Pluspunten

Good working hours, friendly working environment with same level colleagues from different departments. Flexibility around appointments or needing to leave work for emergencies.

Minpunten

Salary for similar roles within the industry is higher outside of the group. Progression doesn't seem possible if you work certain roles as they won’t take you away from your current role and push you elsewhere. No sick pay.

Managers have created terrible atmospheres and for the wage they are on they should be leading by example.
