This company is very much helpful to the employees. This company is taking a decision to shutdown the lousing concern/stores and has implemented the policy. It is known to all employees.
Minpunten
This company's policy is to maximize profit considering minimum costs/expenses. But some times it would not possible to shrink the fixed costs. Stores managers feel better by lessen employees hours. They did not pay the lunch break's remuneration at all. But we are to do our job in break time. It is the most worst decision.
