This is not a con company wide, but my own experience in a team. No communication between teams, low levels of respect internally and externally, laziness, behaviours not addressed.

TAL has been a great place that is a large company in the industry but also feels close-knit on the inside. Opportunities are given to those that seek it. People are candid and passionate about their work.

Minpunten

Like most financial companies, change can be slow but progress is always happening. Sometimes there can be a dull in communication between management and teams.
