The people and culture are great Good flexibility, current expectation is 3 days per week in office but which days are flexible and exceptions 2 can be made fairly simply if needed Bonuses are often increased if the business performs well (past 2 years we received 125% of bonus)

Not much focus on career development Seems that staff are not rewarded for loyalty - contractors or external hires are paid substantially more than people who have worked their way up internally and have lots of business knowledge Annual pay increases are not automatic Not much in the way of diversity and inclusion visibility in Melbourne office (e.g. days such as Wear it Purple and IDAHOBIT)
