KO) - progression based on seniority (each 4 years) - rigid politics - old mentality in this department and also globally - bad evaluation system - not accurate - just 1 bid flight/month (and you have to be lucky to get the flight) - getting harder to swap flights - balance between home vs job (a lot of heavy flights and small rest) - if you go in, it's very hard to step out (you get used to this routine, to the salary, to be safe in your position)
