As long as you deliver results, there’s no unnecessary micromanagement, which makes for a great work atmosphere.

The company struggles with acquiring new clients, which could impact long-term stability. Career progression lacks clear structure—while pay raises are frequent and generous, they don’t always come with title changes or defined growth paths. They plan to change it, so I will try to update this review
