I’ve been at TC 5 years. When I started, benefits were great. Over 5 weeks of vacation, flex credits, great compensation etc. since then, benefits have dwindled each year. So much so that I’m seriously looking to leave. Work life balance is not as great as it once was and environment feels unstable constantly. They don’t seem to care about their employees and seem like they are desperate to save money. Poorly managed.

I can't say more positive things about the people, including senior leadership. They supported my growth, advocated for me, and were flexible with family priorities, Great onboarding and smooth offboarding. I

Workload could be a challenge, especially in after hours, expectations would shift frequently, and there was a lot of change to contend with at enterprise and team level. While the change was fairly transparently communicated, it did become tiring to keep up with. Comp was average, but I did feel rewarded for my hard work if you were visible and went above the ask.
