Overwork severely underpaid. Managers do not have technical skills, little to no upward movement/promotions . Culture in company is toxic, plagued with racism, ageism and favouritism. No actual tangible increase in salary. Well below rate of inflation. Do not recommend company. Run run and join a company that appreciates and values older employees with yrs of experience.
