We hold ourselves to the highest standards and are always working hard to improve our internal processes so that the lives of all our employees are continuously elevated to the highest level.
Obviously, your post is anonymous, so we do not know who you are or when you left us, but we would like to address some of your feedback. In recent months, we have introduced a new Chief Finance Officer who has grown the accounts team and further streamlined our commission and payment processes.
Our commission structure has always been on our central hub, which is available for all employees to view, ensuring maximum transparency.
We cannot provide feedback on your comment about billing employees being let go as there are many variables involved in dismissing employees. However, for non-billers, we have introduced and invested in new training methods to give everyone an equal opportunity to reach their full potential.
We have recently introduced new benefits for all employees, including flexible working, early finishes, extra holidays, and more. We do not condone a heavy drinking culture, nor do we condone favouritism.
Regarding client and candidate experience. This is always our number one priority and we currently have a net promoter score of 93% for candidates and 97% for clients. This comes from nearly 500 reviews. If there has been misconduct around job postings or poor candidate experience, please email the team at hi@tdacreative.com (feel free to do so anonymously), and we will investigate immediately.
