1. Upper management is not helpful. All the request, queries were ignored. 2. Unfair salary system: Level 1 agents support different markets, so it is accepted that different countries received different salary range. However, SME team only requires English and no language advantage when working for SME team. However, some people received x2, x3 salary because they are from "rich countries" (like HK, KR). People from Southeast Asia countries work with the same workload, doing the same thing with half salary. HR basically ignored the question when I asked. I email-ed them so many times about this issue and haven't received any answer. 3. The company implicitly prevents the employees to take MC by applying number of incentive you take every month to PRP. 1 MC = loosing 1/2 incentive. 2 MC = no more incentive. So if you are working without caring much about money, then you can take MC. If not, even you are sick, you still need to work. 4. There is no more support from the company once you resign. The company is still keeping my last working month incentive even I have submitted the tax clearance letter to them. Calling to the company is frustrating because the receptionist is doing a very "well" job. She would just ask me to wait until the payroll team responses. If the team had responded me, why should I even called to TDCX office? So once you left the company, they basically refuse any responsibilities to you even they haven't paid your withheld salary. 5. The company has a very "good bell-curve" annual appraisal system. So unless you are the upper manager, you can predict the increment you can get every year. 6. They can fake the contract to give you higher visa category. And then they can downgrade it at anytime. Even you are having your family under dependent visa from you, they do not mind to increase your monthly salary 100 or 200 to keep you a true visa category II. You have to send your parents home once your visa category is downgraded, which can be helped by them by increasing your salary from 4900RM/month to 5,000/month. 7. After you got promotion, sometimes they "forget" to increase your salary until you make some noise.
