All'inizio sembravano darmi fiducia.É stato il mio primo impiego ed ero molto attenta non solo alla vendita ma anche alla pulizia e all'ordine del negozio.Mi dividevo tra Outlet e Boutique ed è andato tutto per il verso giusto erano felici del mio impegno e ci stavo riuscendo alla grande.

Dovrebbero lasciar spazio alla commessa.Darle la possibilità di interagire col cliente e farlo lavorare in santa pace. Non stargli addosso e rubando il cliente.Troppo piene di se stesse. Credendo di aver sempre ragione

You ARE replaceable Salary You may be hired for 1 job, but expectations will be that you take on 2-3 other full time jobs in order to qualify for an annual standard of living wage increase & if you don’t do the extra work your evaluation will reflect it & thus, no raise. Expectations will be to work 50-80+ hours each week & only get paid for 37.5 hours (yes it’s a state job). Managers are horrible Bad micromanaging Home office is required in some cases, but no extra money offered to pay for office necessities, nor is it included in hiring documents
