The CEO is so far removed from the people who work tirelessly to keep clients happy which ultimately pay for his lavish lifestyle of private jets and multiple million dollar properties. It’s a shame as on social media we make it look like it’s a fun and collaborative place to work but the reality is we’re all fed up! It’s the typical situation of give the team a pizza to keep them happy over a decent salary. It’s all smoke and mirrors!
