- Good training for someone coming out of school

Minpunten

- Lots of favoritism. If you are not the DBO's friend. You will not get ahead. - Must work in the office 5 days a week - Must hit certain KPI's and SLA's to keep your job. - They only care about hitting numbers. - Call centre environment - Never trust a company that refers to their employees as family. They use this tactic so people will spend more time working at the office. - You will work there for a few years and get your book of business growing. Once you get it to the point that you are making good money. They will move you, give your book of business to someone else, and you will have to start over and grow a new book of business.

good contract customer was expectin at least a year plus of working with a a company called microsoft. made good friends at the last job i did with them.

contract barely lasted 5 months for me, less for others. I felt used as a tax write off, They laid us off without notice. We had suspected it would happen again after the first time 300 people got let go. When it happened the first time we were surprised now the second time I got to be angry. They lack communication and knowing how to handle an overpopulated work place and proper protocol about laying people off. for some people who relocated and they have still not recieved pay and since their contract is over they may not even recieve it.
