Pluspunten
No pros, lots of bullying and evil management. There is the opportunity to work on some tacky brands, but everyone is out for themselves.
Minpunten
People are regularly forced into roles they never signed up for. PIPs are frequently used as a way of forcing employees out of the business rather than helping them improve. There is very little support from managers when employees are struggling, and employees going off with stress receive limited support and only up to 10 days' sick pay. When people leave, their workload is passed onto the remaining team, creating even more pressure and increasing the risk of burnout. Workloads are often high, expectations can be unrealistic, and employees frequently feel undervalued. For a company of this size, the benefits are surprisingly poor. There is no free tea or coffee, with employees expected to purchase drinks and food from the canteen. There are also regular discussions about employees potentially having to pay to park at the business park in the future. Financial career progression is limited, staff retention is poor, and morale across many areas of the business is low.
