The culture often felt political and reactive rather than collaborative. Engineering leads threw people under the bus instead of doing actual work. There was a tendency for teams to protect themselves instead of working cross-functionally toward shared goals, which made it difficult to build momentum or trust. In my experience, employees who were deeply invested in improving the product and pushing for meaningful change were not always supported or retained. There were also challenges around accountability and execution within parts of the tech and leadership organization.
