      Excellent place to grow professionally and personally. No one is asked to work excessive hours, I average 40-42. Did not let anyone go during Covid which is very admirable.

      Some of the heads are not trained or focused in their discipline, and it can effect their views.

      unstructured upper management is reluctant to consider change poor training hard to move up not transparent male dominated women paid less than males and promoted less Lack foresight to receive new ideas and designs from those at the bottom and when they do they push them down more. Do not value good employees Long hours over 50hr+ / week Architects concerned about the bottom line
