Great pension benefits if you stay 3 years and get vested. Decent base salary but you will be milked for every dime of it. Great co-workers.

Minpunten

The management is atrocious. If you want to be treated like a 5 year old, please go work here. This is not a career, this is slavery. They lure you with a decent base salary but the expectation is to work every waking moment. The technology is Jurassic at best. The expectations are ridiculous considering they are still using DOS based systems.

Great work life balance, good benefits, decent pay, ease of running your own practice as an “advisor”, and healthy work environment

Minpunten

Management styles can vary and affect your experience, upper management doesn’t seem to be well equipped to ensure the organization’s success but it is resilient nonetheless.

Compensation is great for advisors once they are promoted to VP. Everyone else has to wait a year and hope for a good rating that's more of a game than merit based
