Pluspunten
Above average salary, growth potential for those that want it, job security for those who are hardworking and are detail oriented, great company culture, free healthcare option, excellent management team that cares, and an excellent CEO that truly cares about the future of the company and its employees.
Minpunten
The only thing I could think of would be the slow season in the winter but that is to be expected in this industry.
Pluspunten
Working in the corporate office, if you need supplies they will get them for you. The pay is great, but unrealistic (or should I say unknown) working conditions and expectations make it impossible for you to succeed.
Minpunten
Without being to forward and while maintaining my sense of professionalism and genuine respect for others, I would never recommend this company to anyone. I was interviewed in person by the company owner and the interview was great; but it was a complete fabrication of the culture and what was to come, I was hired on the spot and was so motivated to be a part of a company with values [as they were communicated to me during the interview] that aligned with my own. I have a Master's Degree, years of experience in Corporate America, and have worked in HR for large companies, such as FedEx Office Corporate, BSWH, and others. In all my years, I have never experienced such disrespect and unprofessionalism by leadership. To keep this concise, I was fired after 3 weeks for unknown reasons. My boss never once talked to me and actually sent a colleague of mine, hired on at the same time, to tell me I was fired. I had zero communication with the boss prior to this, no performance conversations, and no explanation of why. Two men came into my office, closed the door, and stood waiting as I packed up my belongings. I kept asking for any information and if I could speak with the boss, to which they were silent and eventually told me to try and call her (she was in the same building as me.) After 20+ calls, all forwarded to voicemail, I asked if I could go meet with her face to face. I was told, verbatim, by one of the guys waiting on me, "We are not hear to have a conversation. We are here to help you take your things to your car and make sure nothing gets stolen." I was in complete shock and disbelief. After dedicating my heart and soul to the company, collaborating with fellow coworkers, etc.. and the owner sending me messages (i have them still) that were so positive and encouraging about my employment there, to immediately being treated so rudely, disrespectful, and like I was scum by leaders, was something I have never experienced in my life. On top of this, work/life balance or even questions regarding flexibility is prohibited, with employees receiving 5 days of PTO (includes sick, vacation, etc.) a year.
