      Pluspunten

      Ability to telework when requested, time-off was almost always granted when requested. Most of the leadership cared about employees as individuals.

      Minpunten

      No real room for growth, glass ceiling came very quickly. Under-utilization abounds, having senior level engineers doing tasks that should be done by junior level engineers. Current CEO does not care about individual employees, only about the bottom line for the company.

      Really fantastic company to work for. Family atmosphere and positive leadership.

      Time off is lacking but management tries to work with you.

      Great manager. Very flexible schedule. Fair benefits.

      Infrastructure is non existant. No rewards program. No training (CBT) programs. Performance objectives and reviews were held within two weeks of each and we not S.M.A.R.T. Lack of communication when the contract was ending for a transition plan.
