Ability to telework when requested, time-off was almost always granted when requested. Most of the leadership cared about employees as individuals.
Minpunten
No real room for growth, glass ceiling came very quickly. Under-utilization abounds, having senior level engineers doing tasks that should be done by junior level engineers. Current CEO does not care about individual employees, only about the bottom line for the company.
