      None. Really. Maybe better be there than unemployed... maybe! Lack of technology, out dated power point and excel sheets flowing around as source of documentation, not even a version track that is trustworthy. Terrible communication flow with lots of people doing other people’s work (rework in the case) and getting the blame for the lack of process defined and technology as if it was even possible to deliver anything with quality in an environment like that...

      We are sorry that your career experience with us was challenging, we take note of all feedback we receive and work to improve the working environment we provide. We are looking at our systems and technology and we do practice flexible working hours, allowing our team to achieve better work-life balance.

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
