One can learn a lot in the first months, but after a while the learning stops. Some benefits, but the salary is really low in comparison with the market and there is no bonus except for Head ofs.

Most of it, work is not valued and most of the most capable employees leave within 2 years. The salary increases are a joke and there are no bonus. They save money in the wrong places.

All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
