Pluspunten

Our trainer is very good. He explains everything clearly and in an engaging way. He is also proactive in asking trainees questions and making sure everyone participates.

Minpunten

Since I’m still a newbie, I sometimes get confused when some tenured trainees ask advanced questions or terms that we are not yet familiar with. Instead of focusing on the main topic, we end up focusing on unfamiliar words, which can be confusing for new trainees. Also, there are times when the trainer is unable to explain some terms right away because he forgets.

All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

Minpunten

It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
