Pluspunten

The location I worked at in Richmond, VA was great. I started on the phones and later moved up to a supervisor role. While I was there (2014-2015) the site had just opened, so most of the people there formed a "family-like bond". As both an agent and Supervisor, if you needed anything it was never an issue to speak with any Supervisor to make sure the company needs were met while still making sure all those employed were being treated fairly. ONE OF THE BEST JOBS I'VE EVER HAD!!! If the nearest location wasn't so far away I'd still work for the company.

Minpunten

As with any job some days were better than others. It is a 3rd party company so some of the rules were strict, (but imposed by the Client) example: NO CELL PHONES, jackets, food & Drinks(only spill proof bottles). Lunches & Breaks are scheduled for you. Teams & schedules change often causing seating & supervisors to change

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
