When it was still Aegis People Support everything was okay the management, employee benefits and rules are very lenient! The people were great! They were like family to me.

Minpunten

When Teleperformance bought Aegis People Support everything turned upside down. There's a lot of changes with the management the TP Legacy were all rude and unprofessional they treated us like were so naive and doesn't have any idea how the business works. It was a complete disaster experience even the Security personnel and Management team had to resign because of it.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
