Many:- 1. Company have weird policies for tier 2 cities like girls are not allowed to leave or enter premises after 8 PM. 2.. If you are a female, you MUST take cabs after 8 PM and before 6AM from company and you must pay for that cab. 3. Hidden state taxes on salary 4. No company name on salary slip. 5. They change policies on notice period every now and then which is applicable on all employees new or old. 6. Cafeteria has only one stall 7. IT structure is a big fail (in my entire duration I and my colleagues keep struggling because of IT issues) 8. Policies dont matter here if you are at higher management. The policies can be modulated to higher management's benefit at any time. 9. HR profile is known as EC here which is again a big fail. 10. salary goes on hold for minute reasons. 10. The company overall is a nightmare to work with and a burden on pocket.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
