Quick hiring process with no experience necessary

Minpunten

Unorganized training that does not provide adequate information and time to confidently "perform" your job. More push on getting and keeping your call/wrap up time down than quality of services your trying to provide. Management will leave their chat on "in a meeting" all day (everyday) and mainly only reach out or acknowledge you if they see you are not taking calls, want you to get your call time down, or need communication(s) acknowledged. You will often hear "I don't have time" when directly needing their assistance. They also want you to start loading your computer and multiple applications 15 minutes prior to start of shift, but not clock in until start of shift. Time off requests will be denied with the same automated response no matter if it's submitted two weeks, a month, or 90 days in advance!

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
