-co-workers easy to get along with -variety of shifts available -lots of overtime available -good trainers -fairly close knit atmosphere -free snacks and drinks

Minpunten

-widespread disorganization -lack of communication between client and management -lack of communication between management and agents -poor training curriculum -inconsistency in policy and work related information on a day to day basis -rapid change regarding work responsibilities, schedules, etc. -failure to pay many employees adequately and on time -imbalance in expectations and responsibilities between agents

Pluspunten

Pay, available, training, and managers. This is my second contract with TP and I can say I enjoy working for them. I work 100% and o definitely see myself working long term with TP.

Pluspunten

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
