Pluspunten

The most important point is the opportunity to learn. You can learn a lot about the product (Google Ads) and marketing strategies thanks to the trainings and resources that the company offers. The journey is from Monday to Friday, allowing you to have a life outside of work. In general, co-workers tend to help each other. The company encourages us to help and collaborate between us. Regarding the salary, for someone who is just starting out and taking into account "the salaries situation" in Spain (for the Spanish Market), it is not a bad salary but not fair either.

Minpunten

Cronyisms (friendships) at the time of promotion, which sometimes causes people to be promoted who do not have the professional or personal skills to lead a team. This ends up creating a bad atmosphere in the team where there are episodes of mistreatment and ridicule by superiors. If the work is already hard for the type of business goals that are required, add to it having to deal with an unprepared leader. The company offers conferences on mental health or yoga classes for example. But when you try to talk with HR or other superiors about the problems in the team or the number of casualties that occur, they ignore them or try to minimize the seriousness of the situation. First are the goals, second are the results and third are the profits. They do not take into account the human factor, the ethics and morality in this equation. The last thing, it is shown as an inclusive and fair company but salaries change according to the market nationality. Every worker offers their native language + English and we all live in the same country, but a Spaniard compared to someone from Israel or Germany may be earning 8,000 euros less doing the same job and position. Plus, they are not paying anything for electricity and internet expenses to those of us who telework since the Covid started (and by law they should).

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
