It is a good company if you want to start a new life in Portugal. They helped me with all the paperwork.

Minpunten

Salaries are insane. I was struggling until I found out that other companies have much better salaries. The project I worked on dealt with inbound calls. Since every month 5-10 people quit just from this project, I got calls in languages I don't speak and then people shouted at me for not speaking the language they asked for. Teleperformance put people under a lot of stress with bad management and low wages.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
