the only pro could be that you are totally isolated at home that you don't even exchange a word with colleagues treated as an ideal robot for those who have no social life

at teleperformance Portugal you are treated like a robot without a soul. all real personal needs are neglected I suspect they are rated among the best companies only because they cheat on data collections or pay off-the-books bribes. polls are probably only sent to managers. If you check why the best companies to work for are at the top, Teleperformance does not give any benefits that the world's major companies give. Data crooks money thieves with agents miserable with the customers they support

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
