Literally everything else. The training is horrific and might as well be non existent. The training provided for the DWP campaign was HORRIFIC to say the least. All of the material within the training had nothing to do with the specific role and campaign you would be working in. We had people in our group leave at the end of our weeks worth of training as the training was not sufficient enough to do the role. The so called management team refused to provide any more training to agents. For people who thought they would be good enough to take on a government campaign, you sure did mess up from day 1. On top of all of that, you don’t get paid nearly enough for the stuff you have to put up with from other colleagues and members of the public.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
