Pluspunten

• It's the best place to start if you're living this City and you need to gain work experience and haven't had any before. • For an entry-level role, the pay is decent and you get access to good healthcare insurance. • Inside amenities and canteen is superb. • Managers are friendly.

Minpunten

• Not the best place to stay long-term. ` If you fail to push sales into every aspect of customer engagement, even though sales isn't part of the job description, you lose the job. • Had to deal with constantly being asked to do overtime. They also make you sign a contract authorizing them to force you to do overtime "during emergencies", which I believe should be illegal because the definition of emergency can be arbitrary and vague.

Pluspunten

Pay, available, training, and managers. This is my second contract with TP and I can say I enjoy working for them. I work 100% and o definitely see myself working long term with TP.

Pluspunten

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
