It's good that the company pay a good amount of salary

Minpunten

The workload keep increases while the pay does not. I got promoted internally but my salary amount got reduced than previous without able to get higher. The culture can be toxic when the coworker compete with each other on the credit but push the tasks when you needed help. The company also deduct salary often just because of the mistakes internally especially when you're in ground level and you only able to get the return on following month. Really not suggest you to work here.

All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

Minpunten

It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
