Pluspunten

The housing is mostly decent, pay on time, wfh in some projects, steady schedule in some projects

Minpunten

Hr is notoriously difficult to get ahold of. They offer the base salary. Bonuses are usually difficult or impossible to get. In the best projects, you'll be bored with not much to do, feeling like a number in a spreadsheet, easily replaceable by anyone. In the worst projects, the conditions are dystopian, offering you little to no time off the computer, rolling shifts that make life almost unbearable. Housing is fine, but there is little care to fixing issues between flatmates, which are the most common. Only apply if you have no better prospects. Do not assume that you will ever be respected by the company or your superiors. You will always be treated as disposable, and with suspicion. There is no benefit in growing within the company.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
