0 teamwork, you had to figure everything out alone since the beginning, no willingness to help others. If you did a good job they rewarded you with more work without any extra compensation. Bad communication with superiors, no one even said "hello" or "good morning" when we were in the office. A lot of micromanaging from the TLs too. Teleperformance bought Majorel and then we were all left without a job, literally everyone was fired, without any previous warnings either or intention to help.
