Pluspunten

I have been with Teleperformance for coming on 2 yrs now, they have a great training program unlike some other telecommunication companies and great pay. I love that they are motivated to better their employees and help guide them towards a career path, they aim to promote from within! Anyone interested should take the opportunity to find out all their pros for themselves, since experiencing is believing.

Wfh, family work-life balance is good. Great supervisors and leaders. It is a professional field, with room and opportunities to grow.

Minpunten

Depends on the project you work under, it Cán be a bit stressful, nothing to hard to handle.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Minpunten

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
