TPConnects has an environment that forces you to grow your career and learn new things. You are always challenged with new ideas, demanding customers, world-class airlines and super driven colleagues, which makes working really a lot of fun. If you are lazy this is not the place to be

Minpunten

Long hours, tough to balance between work and personal life, even though the Company offers free lunch etc..Weekends and Public Holidays are your own... unless you are assigned with customers

- nice people in Warsaw office - stability & good salary - work/life balance - since Warsaw hub was created very recenly I feel I really have impact on how it develops - I learn a lot

Minpunten

- internal processes keep changing - higher management (Dubai based) not very proffessional - salary is good but the company is too frugal on some other staff

good perspectives for tech office in Warsaw, grow quickly, many nice people in office, modern location

many changes, sometimes happen too quickly, could add training budget for engineers
