First, we recognize it has been quite some time since you left us a note and we apologize for the delay in our response.
Our leadership team is extremely dedicated to supporting and developing our team members so it is great to see that this is recognized by our teams. Although KPIs are a big focus for us, we have begun to incorporate more qualitative measures into our business model. Customer and candidate feedback, peer reviews, and the Rockstar recognition program, just to name a few. We hope to build a well rounded, engaged workforce that can manage their business by the numbers, but also understand how the quality of their efforts in valued.
