For officers who do management will target you for being "soft" Breakrooms are filthy with no amenities usually. Management is far removed from daily opperations and exhibits very little competent or ability to respond to threats Work force is negative, lazy, and insensitive to people TSA is a national liability as a disaster waiting to happen because employees are too busy planning cultural awareness events instead of mastering job skills and networking with other DHS agencies
