1. Hardwork are not recognized since the big bosses are in Taiwan. 2. HR keep lying about good bonus and salary progression. Then you join and realize it's not just lower than what they said, but SUBSTANTIALLY lower. And later you find out HR here is so powerful that your boss can't even help you with a more reasonable pay. 3. Hours are long considering the poor salary. There are lots of meetings till night with the Taiwan people
