TSMC Phoenix also failed miserably in providing adequate resources. Outdated equipment and software made it nearly impossible to meet the ever-increasing demands. When I raised these concerns, management brushed them off, showing a complete disregard for the employees' needs. In conclusion, my time at TSMC Phoenix was a nightmare. The unmanageable workload, toxic office environment, and lack of resources made it an unbearable experience. I strongly advise anyone considering joining this company to think twice before signing up for this chaotic mess.
