-Awful management.
-Control don’t answer the phone & are rude when they do.
-One week can be working 40+ hours & then the next you’ve got one shift.
-MyWork Portal & app are useless.
-Near enough impossible to get a permanent store.
-Some of the guards they employ are useless, don’t understand what to do when turning up to a shift. Just sit behind the lectern even when they don’t know how to use it.
No wonder every guard with a decent knowledge of security leaves because this company may portray themselves as the biggest & best security company out there but they are far from it. They will soon loose their contracts with Boots, Tesco & ect as I have had managers from those stores tell me many times that TSS send Guards with no clue what to do on a daily basis. & said most of them can’t even speak a decent standard of English. So won’t be surprised to see this company go bump in the near future.
