Pluspunten
The company offers decent pay and benefits for a customer service role. Some programs have great trainers and supportive teams. The remote work flexibility is a big plus, and the people I worked with were generally kind and helpful.
Minpunten
Training quality depends a lot on the campaign and the trainer you get. In one position, the training felt rushed and a bit confusing. The job can also feel fast-paced and a little overwhelming at times, especially if you’re not a fan of being on the phone often.
