Don't take it personally, take a breath and don't let them stress you. You do have metric to meet, but most of it is acheived by just coming to work and doing you job. If you want to make a decent wage and work 40 hours a week with Benefits for you and your entire family, then TeleTech is a great place. If you want a job just to come and get a few bucks and then decide you want to leave because you don't get the day off you requested because 30 other people also reqeusted it before you, or it gets denied because you called off 6 times over the last 3 months they TeleTech is not the place for you.
