Benefits are good. They train you for everything. Support and Management are always close by Variety of shifts available to work.

Minpunten

Company is run on metrics and the only metric that matters is sales No raises (ever) Rebidding shifts can cause strife if you have a family and your schedule suddenly changes. Company motivates with fear. Do good at sales nothing else matters, excel at customer service and youll be scared of losing your job every month

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.
