Teletech provides not just a Job but a Career, the company itself along with the management and all other subordinates will help you in your path. Maybe at point you cant determine where do you want to see your self in years from now but as you start working with the company and open your self with the opportunity you will then see and realize the company is not just offering Job for food and life but a career that will provide you a better life with something you can provide with your family.

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Minpunten

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
