Some advancement opportunities if you can deal with the clicks and high school mentality long enough; decent amount of training; gives you job experience

Minpunten

Negative coaches; managers who wanted me to put my young agent on a Corrective Action because she left early...due to chest pains and left in an ambulance!...oh yes, and they also retaliated against me when I reported another Coach to the "We Hear You"/Human Resource people because she bashed me publicly and unprofessionally on Facebook; this company loses client contracts often and fires people often or sends them home early without pay

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Minpunten

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Minpunten

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
