Work from home, dependable paydays, they supply the equipment you need, to scheduled breaks and a lunch, option to work 10 hours or 8 hours

Minpunten

Very high call volume, training process is lacking, pay is not great when all things are considered, It can be difficult to get help with tough calls, You can be moved to different campaigns and during that process lose up to a month of work without being compensated, lack of communication during hiring process, when switching campaigns, you have to start all over with the hiring process. Redoing your background checks and drug tests as if you aren't working for the same company.

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Minpunten

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
