Management does not know how to pace and provide space for workers to slow down after big projects. Higher management also says they care but they continue to push for new projects, new growth every year without any reprieve. Turnover rate is high from burnout. People don’t need more “mental health days” they just need things to slow down a little bit or provide more manpower to deal with the high load.
