may end up doing the jobs of two to three people at peak times, when understaffed, game nights, late at night, etc. being such a big chain, managers are concerned with drive-thru speed so much that it takes away from customer service (managers/store receive bonuses or other perks for beating other locations in the same state's times) scheduling is very inefficient, printed out in the kitchen & sent to employee group chat and it is tedious to pick up/change shifts, and requested changes (eg.
